The department of English is one of oldest in college. At present, there are four members on the staff and Dr Purnima Bhatnagar heads it. The department has out many NET/SLET and Ph.D (S) for the last several years. Presently Dr. P. Bhatnagar is supervision 03 , Dr. H.S. Shukla 6 and Dr N.Akhtar had 03 student to her credit literately vibrant and actives the department organizes seminars and talks form time to time.
